This is a story a long time ago when i helped my friend. This event happened when i was in middle school. It was after me and my friends had finished our classes for the day and we were all packing our stuffs to return back to our dormitory. I decided to stay back in the class for a while and bid farewell to the others. A few minutes later, i noticed that one of our classmates, for the moment we shall call him Z, was sleeping at his place. I thought maybe he felt tired and felt like wanted to take a quick nap but later when i was going to left the classroom, i woke him up so that we can return back to the dorms together. However he was very hot when i nudged his shoulder and after that he wasn't able to respond well to my callings. I touched his forehead to check his forehead and as i suspected, he has a fever. After that i run as fast as i can to the nearest teacher on duty to seek help. However it was already past six, so the teachers were already going back to their homes. The other choice that i made was finding the warden for our dormitory but they're still not at our dorms. So i had to go to the teacher's apartment in our school where many wardens stayed there for the ease of movement when there's an emergency. The apartment was at the far end of our school area so it was a long way. After that i found a warden and told him about Z. Then me and the warden went to the school to pick up Z. I went upstairs to help Z come down from the classroom and pack his stuffs. We went to the nearest hospital and took a quick check up and after the doctor diagnosed Z his health and took the medications, we return back to the dorms and i took him to the patient rooms where Z will rest for the time being rather than being in his dorm to prevent his sickness spread. After two days of resting, Z was back in full health and he thanks me for helping him all this time. I said no worries as anyone would have done the same given the situation to them. Moreover, we will spend more for the cafes around UUM, improves with providing more healthier options and make sure the hygiene around UUM are tip-top standard. Next, we will add more public facilities such as more bus stops, bicycles for students to travel around UUM. Last, we will improve the students accommodations to accommodate more students, with adding air conditioning in their rooms so that they will feel comfortable in their rooms.

Meanwhile written communication is another form of expression with the usage of language.
While written communication is done in a more systematic, logical and discreet way, verbal communication is more expressed, open and exposed. 
As an example, written communication is discreet but it holds power that form Malaysia of today, without the usage of books and newspaper back in the colonialism era, we may not have our independence.
Verbal communication is more expressed and open as it could deliver strong and impactful message, for example, the voices of the community if it is loud enough we could change the system, demonstration, protest, sit-ins. It is a chain of action caused by verbal communication. 
So, in our opinion, both ways of communication is important, without either one, the other couldn't work. We need a written message to give a speech, we need a strong way of expression to deliver a written message. Hence, it glorifies random acts of kindness which getting forgotten these days. The idea of 'Pay it Forward' itself gave an important moral lesson, to repay those who helped us triple / more times to the others with good deeds. It's like the act of returning kindness, but in advance, this kid, Trevor invented the idea where one have repay kindness more than what he/she received. Therefore, if everyone apply this theory in their lives, then the world would definitely be a better, brighter place, as mankind are sharing kindnesses all over the world despite any barriers and bias. Plus, the idea of, instead paying someone back for a good deed, you do more good deeds to others, would inspires generosity and compassion as well. In our opinion, making health a priority let us transform the spaces around us so that everyone in the community can live and be healthy as possible. A healthy place is needed as it is the place where we live, work, learn and play. Our health is shaped by the places we spent our time the most. Thus, to make a healthy or even healthier community, we have to ensure that everyone has fair access to healthy options that they can afford. By building action plans based on community assets, connecting with other communities, It will be easier for people to work together and support each other. For example, the communities will be physically active when they are provided safe parks and also walking path nearby.  It's easier for them to eat nutritious food if they live near affordable food outlets. Besides, an effective workplace health programs  should be held as it can reduce health risk and improve the quality of life. What we have to make sure is people have safe and stable jobs. As a safe and healthy workplaces contribute well to the health of citizens, the organization should create a culture that promotes health in a sustainable way.
