I get some moist garden soil and some cast.

After i finished taking garden soil and cast, the next step i took was to place the garden soil in an empty container measuring 1 inch, then i followed by putting the cast measuring 3 inches.

After i put the garden soil and cast in the empty container, then i put the 4 pcs. vermiworm in the top and let it burrow.

Once the vermiworms had burrowed, the next thing i did was put in the substrate on top of the cast that would serve as their food.

After i have placed the substrate, i will place it in a cool and dark place.

After three (3) days, the substrate i put had rotted, and i sprayed it with water using a spraying bottle to keep the cast moist.

After seven days (7), i added substrate so that the worms could have food. these were fresh vegetables from our garden.

After day fourteen (14), i added again another substrate because the one in the previous time was already rotten. I put this banana peel which is a bit rotten.

After twenty one (21) days, this is what my vermi looks like. If you can see it has worm droppings, this means that our vermicomposting was successful.
