I graduated from the Pedagogical High School and then the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. I have been working in preschool education for almost 20 years and I really enjoy it.

I am happy to be part of this wonderful project and I hope that it will have a positive impact on everyone involved. Thank you!

I am Kristina Bajza and I live in Croatia. I studied at the Teacher Education Academy in Zagreb, majoring in Preschool Education and graduated in 2006 after giving birth to two daughters. Since 2007, I have been working in kindergartens and since 2015, I have been employed at the Bjelovar Kindergarten. I was teaching several years english workshop for preschool children. Starting this academic year, I have been implementing a pilot project in my group focused on a full-day English language learning program for preeschool children and I am also attending various training programs. I lead UNICEF's "Let's grow together" for parents and a traditional dance workshop for children also. As of this year, I hold the title of mentor educator. This is my first year of eTwinning projects and I look forward to new connections and ewperiences.

I passed the professional exam for the title of Preschool Teacher on March 30, 2012.

I completed my professional training without employment at the kindergarten Jaglenac in Osijek.

I finished secondary school at the School of Economics and Office Technology in Bjelovar, earning the title of Economist.

I worked in this profession for nine months.

My first employment as a preschool teacher was at the private kindergarten Bubamara in Bjelovar. I am currently employed at the public kindergarten Djecji vrtic Bjelovar, where I actively participate in educational work and lead an additional activity - English language for children.

I obtained a B2 certificate (level 7) in English after attending the language school Jeka.

I am open to lifelong learning and committed to continuously developing my professional competencies in working with children.
