         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gamification is an excellent way inwhich learner's are directly involved in their learning process ( social Constructivism )&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Our FP students are continually exposed to the above Learning method/process.&nbsp;</div><div>They are continually asked to directly participate in acquiring knowledge - Exciting/ Concrete/ fun/ hands - on activities&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I would be happy to share with you, superb games that our FP students have made individually and in assigned groups.</div><div>&nbsp;( Examples of Gamification - regarding Mathematics, Languages and Life Skills )&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Automaticity in learning is best acquired through child/student- centered activities.&nbsp;</div><div>You learn through direct participation not through knowledge being given to you.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Automaticity = arriving at an answer without having to think/ work it out - This only happens through continual exposure to fun, interactive learning experiences</div><div>&nbsp;( often in the form of games )&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Through Gamification, students are fully comprehending/internalizing&nbsp; Information that they need to know. Without becoming focused or bored.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
