In the first four line, the poet asks for small loves from Celia such as a look or a kiss in the cup. In the last stanza, the poet tells the story of when the flowers he sent Celia was returned, it was given an eternal life thanks to Celia's breathing on it.

One of the reasons is that they are both love poems, therefore the poets would want the poems to reflect their lovely feelings towards their lovers, as conveyed through euphony.

They are repeated as to compliment her voice, lips, hand, and breast.
"Faded" is repeated four times and all as the first word of each line. Here, the poet again shows his affection. He is complimenting her beauty, and how it fades away any other forms of beauty from himself, as he could only think about the woman.

On the other hand, in SONG: TO CELIA, the poet tries to tell a story, therefore not suitable for repetition to appear.
