I was around 1 year old during this stage. I do not remember anything at all during this stage of my life, but based on the pictures I saw, I was loved by so many people, which slowly opened me up to the happiness in this world. In connection with Personal Development, I developed trust and mistrust of what I see, feel, and hear. I could notice the people around me, and trust the things that do not hurt me physically. With the people around to take care of me, my parents, my lolos, my lolas, titas, titos, and all the people who took care of me, I thank them, as they did not fail to make me happy even up to this day.

Now, in this stage, I was around 2-3 years old, and as you can see, I did A LOT of stuff. I was so hyper in this stage(based on the pictures) and was having the time of my life. In this stage, I also developed autonomy and doubt. From what I remember, this is when I was able to walk, to guide myself to something I want to do, alongside the help of my parents and the people around me, I discovered what it feels like to explore around the world. I could take on many things, like riding a jet ski 🫣, riding a go-kart (my feet wouldn't even touch the pedals), going to parties, etc. I got to explore lots and lots of stuff that helped me shape how the world feels and what it's like to explore.

Ages 4-5 years old, this is the stage where I began to like things like performing, going to school, swimming, motorcycles, and even going out. I was starting to have an interest in so many things, and it is because I discovered more to life. Performing in school, in front of people, was just a piece of cake to me; I was one of the kids who wanted to show off and enjoy my life. In connection to Personal Development, I also began having initiatives to things I do, I study well, as the school I went to was a bit advanced and had high standards, also guilt, where if things went wrong, I feel the guilt of things that I have done. This stage is also the start of my emotional awareness of myself. I realize what I am doing and have done, which has made me realize if I'm doing a good or a bad thing.

Now, for the stage of development. THE ELEMENTARY STAGE!!! Ages 6-11, I would say that in this stage, I was able to learn a lot, discover a lot, and explore a lot. In this phase, I was able to experience a lot of new things, like working at McDonald's, singing in front of an audience, and participating in a speech competition in which I won GOLD in English AND in Filipino. I began shaping my future, knowing what I like and discovering my capabilities. I tried and found a lot that would slowly shape who I am today.

WELCOME! To the present timeline. Ages 12-18. This is the phase where I took opportunities and responsibilities, faced challenges, and tested myself to the point I could reach. I continue to do so, and I will not stop grinding and doing my best in every step I take. In relation to personal development, I discovered my identity but struggled to pick which one to choose. I faced many opportunities that confused me about what I wanted to do. In the end, I managed the time, the confusion, and the struggle that I experienced, which made me learn a lot from this phase and continue to do what I do best, and learn from my mistakes. In the end, I hope to grow more as a person and experience the struggle to learn from. I hope to develop who I am today and discover my full potential, to reflect on every decision I make, and to learn how to continue doing what I do.

When I took the personality test, I expected the results to differ from my true personality. To my surprise, the outcomes aligned quite well with who I am. I was amazed at how accurately the test highlighted both my strengths and weaknesses. The results truly reflected my personality and provided insights that resonated with me.

This WW will tackle the stressors in my life and how I cope with them. This WW also made me realize and gave me ideas on strategizing to fight these stressors. It helped me reflect properly on the things going on in my life.
