Rules

1.  Swim only in permitted áreas to avoid accidents.

2.   Wearing a bathing cap is one of the swimming rules at municipal swimming pool.

3.   Don’t consume food in water.

4.   Wear the right swimming costume for the competition.

Basketball

1. The game is divided into quarters with a specific time per quarter.

2. Scoring: Teams score points by shooting the ball into the opposing team´s hoop.

3. The ball must not be carried in both hands and between them.

4. There will be no physical contact between players.

1.      The game is played with a spherical ball and with the hands.

2.      The player can not run with the ball.

3.      Any player can occupy any position on the court at any time.

4.      There will be no physical contact between players.

1. You must take a shower before and after training.

2. You must clear your mind and control anxiety. 

3. To swim you need to coordinate your arms and legs to move in the water.

4. You should always put your belongings in the lockers before entering the pool.

SOCCER

1. Players can't use their hands, except for the goalkeeper.

2. The two teams must be composed of eleven players

3. The referee takes care of the rules of the game and has the power to caution the players

4. You should warm up before going out on the field
