TASKS: - how is it in your country - how volunteers get certificates, is there any law for volunteering, how is it helping them, how do they use the certificates (with examples)? - 1-2 pages

In the first half of the day we broke the ice with get to know each other activities: name games, personal qualities, energizers. We discussed about the mobility, the project and our expectations

Then we had the activity about Youthpass, understanding and explaining to each other the key competences. Our posters looks greattt and we also had team-building, developing trust among each other.. letsss gooo!! Great start

We had a great day! In the first half we continued the team-building with the pasta challenge, building the tallest pasta tower in the room.. and we reached the ceiling

We continued with researching ROCK'N'IASI festival - past editions & this year updates, so we are ready to help for this year also we imagined our events.

Then we had a great photo rally in town, as a mission impossible, where we had teams and we had checkpoints, challenges, must know locations

Day 3 of our Erasmus+ #MVETech program was a memorable journey into the rich cultural heritage of Iasi, followed by an engaging intercultural night. Together, we spent the day exploring the city’s most iconic historical landmarks, starting with the stunning Metropolitan Cathedral and the majestic Palace of Culture. As a group, we were amazed by the depth of history that Iasi holds, and we gained a deeper understanding of its role as a cultural and intellectual center in Romania. Walking through the city, we felt as though every corner revealed a new chapter in Iasi's story, from its religious roots to the vibrant daily life we encountered in the local markets.

The evening was dedicated to celebrating the cultural diversity of the participants, with a lively intercultural night featuring Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey. Romania warmly welcomed us with delicious traditional dishes that truly represented the heart of their culture. Bulgaria brought energy to the night with their folk dances, inviting us all to join in and experience the joy of their traditions. Turkey’s contribution added another layer of richness with their captivating music and sweet treats like "pysmanie". It was a night filled with music, laughter, and the chance to appreciate the unique elements each country had to offer, showing how our diverse backgrounds can come together to create a shared experience.

Throughout the day, we were reminded of the true purpose of the Erasmus+ program: to connect, learn, and grow together. Experiencing both the local culture of Iasi and the traditions of our fellow participants helped us recognize how much we have in common, despite our different backgrounds. The exchanges during the intercultural night fostered not only understanding but also deepened our bonds as a group. This day was a powerful reminder of the value of cultural exchange in building lasting relationships and expanding our horizons.

This time we approached the main responsability of the mobility - exploring the application. We installed it and documented the errors we have at the moment. We understood the features and how people can collect its worked hours in volunteering. We also shared how we will use it next days.

Then we started simulated volunteer management at Rock'N'Iasi with real tasks: logistics, promoting with posters, understanding the venue and departments, simulation of tasks at entrance and backstage. What a great day to start the festival well!!!

1st part of the day) we had intercultural exchange activities through story-telling and escape room - sharing stories, cultural identity elements and even discussing about us, our personal background, contexts in a new environment - Master Escape

2nd part of the day) we went full work on Rock'N'Iasi split into teams to make online materials for promoting - stories, tiktoks, videos, creative and crazy your feedback was very good, you became small event organizers and analysts. Very nice!!

Our final day in Iasi was all about reflection, connection, and celebrating the journey we've shared during this Erasmus+ #MVETech mobility. The morning began with a series of energizing non-formal activities, each country leading one. These fun and interactive sessions helped us energize and bond as we prepared for the final tasks.

We made sure to send any remaining videos and photos from the past days. Individually, we also wrote blog articles (testimonials) about our experiences in Iasi, sharing what we've learned and how this project has impacted us. Additionally, each national team created a social media post with testimonials and Canva graphics, ready to be shared by our sending organizations. We also planned how we’ll bring these experiences back home by organizing small events for youth to talk about the mobile app and our time in Iasi.

In the afternoon, we came together to celebrate. Each of us shared our personal impressions of the mobility, reflecting on what we’ve gained and how we’ve grown over the past week. This was followed by the much-anticipated YouthPASS ceremony, where we exchanged certificates in a unique and heartwarming way. One by one, we said something nice about the person whose certificate we held, then passed it on to them, spreading positivity and encouragement. Afterward, we attached pieces of paper to our backs and moved around the room, writing farewell messages or wishes to each other, a thoughtful way to say goodbye.

To wrap up the day, we completed the formal feedback for the project, making sure our voices were heard to improve future Erasmus+ programs. Afterward, it was time to celebrate, dance, and enjoy our last moments together. The room was filled with laughter, music, and a sense of accomplishment as we reflected on everything we've achieved and the friendships we've built. The night ended with us cleaning up the space, symbolically closing this unforgettable chapter of our journey in Iasi.

We kicked-off the day by offering feedback on the app, about utility and then we thought about promoting the app in our community (ideas, visual materials, etc.)

Then we moved on testing the app in a new different environment - organizing a small event, laser tag for team-building - what a battle we had, with 3 rounds of 30min and then VR games

Then we all went to ROCK'N'IASI to finish with day 3 of the festival, while grouped in teams to brainstorm future ways to collaborate, start new projects, put ideas together and be sustainable... some stayed till late to see how a festival like this is finished (logistics, sound systems, room restorations, etc.)

An amazing Sunday we had!!!

P. S.: we even had a birthday girl in our Romanian group, for whom we prepared a small surprise at midnight
