Purpose of sharing google meet recordings:
a. Students can revisit their classes.
b. Helps parents to do follow-ups
c. Absentees who have genuine reason.- network issue, gadget, health
d. In-house quality checking
e. Education for all
My suggestions to bring 100% attendance
1. Conduct an online meeting only for the parents of absentees and emphasize on the  implications of absenteeism  and new CBSE policy.
2. Extend the school's support to the parents/students who have genuine reason for absenteeism in the class.
3. Teachers need to work on the effectiveness of  online  classes such as sustaining students' interest,  reducing teacher talk time , innovative pedagogical strategies, motivation and rewards  etc.,
4. JESPS Weekly NEWS Channel - A video on what's happening at JESPS- students' performance in various activities conducted by the teachers
Each teacher can share any innovative activity that they conducted in the class- photo/video and then we can compile  all the teachers video and post that as a weekly news.

1. In my opinion, I think if we start sharing the meet recordings, the percentage of attendance will go down.
2. The attendance will always go down when we ask them to pay the fees. 
3. We are not aware of the situation, in the sense in some of the houses there are people who are not well, the reason being Covid or perhaps some other re.  So for them we will have to wait for some more days.
4. Regarding 100% attendance, it would be fine if someone talks to the parents whenever any child misses any class. Someone can be assigned that job.
5. If the parents are working, then it is a little bit difficult to make their wards attend. 
6. Let us not be very strict in the beginning and gradually systematize everything later.  
7. We can tell the parents that these kinds of classes will be seen in the future. Online classes may continue to a certain extent later too along with offline classes or that children will have to use the gadgets in the future as seen in some countries. This is only a suggestion to be thought about.
8. As we have been receiving the same complaints we have make  understand the parents about the importance of education and it's importance in our life.
Teachers need to be given some students I mean we need to share the students among us we need to be in touch.
I feel lower classes not that much one r two and many said they didn't receive any msg eg Nikhil from grade 6 What I received.
And due to this pandemic situation we don't their condition I mean the situation whether they are here or in their hometown and concerning  about their job. too 

Ready to speak as allocated by you I am ok with all the grades.
4 to 5 parents in a day.
Ready to speak regarding fees.

They are attending classes just for attendance sake. And we also need to speak to parents individually on video call along with student in a bit stern way regarding attendance and interaction.

Another idea - We can divide each class into groups of 4 - 5 students each. The group members must be entrusted with the responsibility to ensure regular class attendance. 
Like, it may be announced that a group will get a point for each class if there is attendance from all 4 or 5 from the group. And after a few weeks, the group with highest number of points (cumulated) from each class will get a recognition or reward in the school assembly or in front of all other students.
STARTING FROM TOMORROW, I WOULD BE ANNOUNCING THIS ACTIVITY IN THE CLASS. THIS WAY, I HOPE ATTENDANCE CAN INCREASE TO SOME EXTENT AT LEAST.

My strategy is to mainly motivate and encouarge the students. Also to make my class more interactive and interesting so that the students will feel free to speak up and open up themselves. A meeting can be conducted for all the parents. We need to ask  those parents whose children are regular to class to motivate other parents for making their children to attend online classes. We can allow them to discuss among themselves.
