As he is walking home one night, he runs across the infamous homeless tweaker who claims to be a psychic. As he walks, he contemplates asking her for a favor so he can get with Ja’ni’yah. Deep down, Alan knows that his life is boring, and he has nothing going for him, so he sees no harm in enlisting the help of Maryam, the crazy homeless woman. After speaking with her for a while, she gives him a used plastic Poland Springs water bottle. She tells him to rub the water bottle whenever she is in his presence and she would feel an instant connection with him.  

After doing some deep digging on New York’s Public Voter Records and he found Ja’ni’yah’s address. He pulled up to her crib, rubbed the Poland Springs water bottle, and climbed the fire escape ladder and said to her “Yo shawty, you tryna ride on the magic carpet tonight?” She quickly said no because... she doesn’t know him... Then she pushed him off the fire escape ladder and he falls to his death. He is eaten by the New York sewer rats who rise to power in the city. 

Once upon a time, there was a Roman-Catholic village in Poland. In it lived a Pastor and his family, known for being caring and good. Within the family, there was the Pastor, his wife, and their only surviving daughter—Rapunzel. Rapunzel was highly sought after by the suitors of the village. She had waist-length blonde hair and large green eyes. Despite her many suitors, she seemed completely uninterested in marriage. Her parents, differing in opinion from their daughter, decided to evaluate the suitors anyway. They took a special interest in one specific suitor—he was rather handsome and a traveling merchant. His name was Flynn Ryder. 

The day the Pastor and his wife chose to allow Flynn to meet their daughter, they prepared for the best. As brothers and sisters of the pastor and his wife arrived throughout the morning, they helped make the front room of their home neat and tidy and displayed their nicest bibles to be seen. Flynn Ryder arrived five minutes early with an unwrapped bouquet of Gerberas for the Pastor and his wife and Roses for Rapunzel. Rapunzel, upon this discovery, threw a fit characteristic of a girl half her age. She was given two options—marry the man, or leave the village.

Aunt Gothel spoke up, seeing her chance to step in and take the one thing she wanted- a child. She offered Rapunzel a place to stay if she chooses to not go through with the marriage.
