I think that the younger people, on the whole, enjoy living in cities. There are many more work opportunities and higher salaries available there, and this means that they have a great chance to go out and have fun with their friends. In large cities like Saigon, there are always music concerts or something like that going on.
I am not sure about how older citizens feel about dwelling in the cities for the rest of their life, but I heard of lot of my parents' friends are planning to move to a more quiet area near the city, like the outskirt to get away from the traffic noise and air pollution. I think at the age, they've spent enough of their time in the city, working and earning money, maybe this is the time they finally can relax with this more peaceful lifestyle in the countryside.

So you can see that it’s not an easy task. You require different people to help you achieve or complete this project.
