         <description><![CDATA[<div> When I was little my habits where OK, not always the best choices, you know eating just because I see it. Sometimes I wanted something just because my sister or brother had it,  typical little kid things. When I got older I started to get depressed, especially when I stared college. So, some days I would't eat and other days I would eat everything which was not good either. Even to this day I am still not getting every meal in but I am doing better. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Choices</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One day my mom and I were watching Netflix movies called "What the Health" and "Fork over Knives". Both of these documentaries talk about health and the food we are consuming on a daily basis. The on that really hit home for me was "Fork over Knives". "Fork over Knives" was talking about how meats, process food, and taking different mediation can affect the body. They also started talking about alternative ways of staying healthy. The method they suggest was called  "plant-based diet". I was so impressed that I started the diet a few weeks later.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Food Plant Based Diet</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Food plant based diet is when you base your meals on whole foods and less on animal processed food. I did this for about a week straight and felt better but, it is vary expensive to keep up so, I only use whole foods for snacks and breakfast. I also realized that it is really hard to just completely quiet eating meat so I started substituting red meat for chicken or pasta whenever going out.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am from Maryland where every summer we eat crabs and corn. The truth is the real meals come from home, in my house we like everything home made from the heart. Home made items include mac and cheese, pies, cakes, pancakes, stuffing and many more dishes. No matter where we go nothing compares to a home cooked meal. These are the recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I also enjoying many different types of food from other countries. I have tried many dishes but my favorites are sushi, Fettuccine Alfredo, Oxtails and rice, Lamb and rice. To be honest I am a big foodie and enjoy eating from other cultural so, I am always looking to try new things. </div>]]></description>
