I like these media because they reach my expectations. They affect me in a way that I get overjoyed to the point that I lose track of time; this is not healthy. The steps that I should take to change it is: first, I must acknowledge my over joyfulness, which means that I have to accept that I am overjoyed and not to deny or try to suppress it; second, I must know what is the cause of over joyfulness; lastly, after knowing the cause, I will be able to understand on how to control it in an effective and efficient manner.
