Beginning garment receive from overseas textile manufactures in large bolts in piles or bags in containers. Garment factories often have a wearhouse for store fabric. The next step, fabric means relaxing fabrics from its roll - type -tie. Ralaxtion is must necessary for stretch fabrics. The objective of fabric relaxtion is to keep fabric's demensional stability after cutting. After the fabric has been relaxed, it is transferred to the spreading and cutting. Fabric spreading is done by machine or by hand according to the length ang number of layers shown in the relaxing. The working will cut the fabric into small pieces to avoid wrong cuts, missing fabric.., the next step is embroidery and sceen pritting. Embroidery is performes using automated equipment. The fabric are embroidered many textile pattrns according to customer requirement. Sceen printing is the process of applying paint-based graphics to fabric using presses and textile dryes. Next, the clothes are spot cleaning and laundry. Here the clothes are cleaned using steam, hot water, or chemical stain removes. After a garment is fully sewn an assembled it is transferred to the ironing section of the facility for final pressing. Each ironing station consists of an ironning platform.
