They include barriers and facilitators such as organizational, policy, cultural, or environmental factors. Inputs are the resources needed to perform the program’s activities. Activities start with a verb; they are everything you do to achieve your intended outcomes. Outcomes are the impact of your activities. 3 levels:

Short-term: Immediate effects of your activities (e.g., increased awareness within the community, enhanced skills in EBPs for court staff)
Intermediate: Anticipated changes at the practice level (e.g., increased referrals, one-door entry for mental health, drug, and veterans court, improved fidelity to EBPs across the state)
Long-term: Overall ambition or vision of the program (e.g., expand state legislative support for Mental Health Court, diversion, reduced recidivism)
