         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would use a sticker chart system, when you achieve your goal and or participate in activities you will receive a sticker,when you reach a certain amount of stickers you get to pick a prize out of the prize box.<br><br>When a student joins in on group activities give her praise, for her good work and team work.  <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Teaching:</strong></div><ul><li>Math- have the student draw and use different colors to get a good visual and to keep her interest.</li><li>Reading/L.A.- using short play scripts going back  and forth from student to student or student to teacher, this allows her to enjoy reading and to keep a good focus.</li><li>Social Studies- using different types of arts to practice or movies to get a visual representation.</li><li>Science- doing hands on crafts and experiments. To help with her type of learning.</li></ul><div><strong>Testing:</strong> </div><ul><li>When assessing her for math allow her to use different colors and to draw out figures to help her keep focus, this allows hers to do something that she enjoys when doing math.</li><li>When assessing her over reading or language arts, gives her the option to do a hands on project instead of doing a hand written or multiple choice test.</li><li>Social Studies, have a para or helper explain the questions if there is no visual of the question its self.</li><li>Science, On the test give pictures or have explanations of what is going on or word the question to where she can understand.</li></ul>]]></description>
