         <description><![CDATA[<div>When we started sheltering at home, I was going out every day at lunch for at least 30 minutes with my mom and son to run, walk, do aerobic exercising, yoga, etc. I felt great and it made any anxiety from the pandemic feel less impactful. But these last two weeks I have been so busy at work that I don't even have time to take a lunch.  Now we spend all day inside.  It's depressing and we are all irritable.  </div>]]></description>

I walk 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week, stretch and do yoga at home, and use resistance bands for strengthening. I hope to join a dance class again after shelter in place is lifted.</div>]]></description>

I hope to get back into it when the pandemic is behind us, but plan on starting to do some more resistance bands at home to incorporate that into my routine.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've been lacking daily stretching so I've committed to add a short yoga stretch in the mornings when I first wake up. 5 days a week I get on my stationary bike and mix up the type of rides I do. I also include weight training 3 days a week. I take 2 rest days, usually Saturday and Sunday, however, we usually do something as a family like a hike or walk. Sometimes just play. Sometimes nothing at all and let the muscles rest for the next week. <br><br></div>]]></description>

Hiking, I dislike running but I do it it, and playing sports like ultimate frisbee is a great cardio workout. Im starting to get back into the swing of things again as all that stopped abruptly. When I stopped, my confidence lowered, I tended to be a bit grumpier and had a general feeling of yuck! I need to exercise!</div>]]></description>

I love exercise and always have, but have changed what I do over the years based on what my body needs most at a given point and what if any limitations I'm currently experiencing, including time. Sundays are either a day off to repair or light exercise for fun with family or friends.</div>]]></description>

Both my dog and I feel better when we make the time to get out for our brisk walks and I live in a natured area which is a beautiful motivation to prioritize this time! I also really appreciate hiking and going to the dog park at the beach frequently. I am excited to start incorporating HIIT routines and yoga to my routine.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Mainly I consider my job my physical activity because I am lifting and transferring clients multiple times a day. I also take time to do a 10-15 minute stretch every morning. Friday through Sunday I also go to the gym for 1-2hrs doing cardio, weight lifting and abs. </title>

It was a really big change for me because even though I am a mom to two toddlers and I'm always running around, I was not as active as I wanted to be. When I started a 45-day challenge with a group of people, we're supposed to do two 45-minute workouts daily. My second workout, yoga, is not always 45 minutes. When I decided to do the challenge, I went into it with the goal of doing more than I was, so even if my second workout is shorter it is still more than what I was doing before. I also hope to continue this after the 45 days as I would like to incorporate it into my daily lifestyle. I crave movement now and feel tired and off when I don't get my exercise in. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've really struggled to exercise since the birth of my daughter, 3 years post partum, I still feel that my body is unfamiliar to me.&nbsp; Because I delivered by cesarean, I still have core strength issues and have lost a lot of confidence in what I can do.&nbsp; I know this can be overcome, but when it comes to setting priorities in my very limited spare time, I always choose other things for example, school.&nbsp; Lately, I've begun putting her in her stroller for her naps and walking about 90 minutes, most days of the week, I end up getting closer to two hours walking since we stay out after she wakes up.&nbsp; This has felt totally amazing and I love it, but I worry that when it gets too hot (and eventually also too cold) I might loose momentum and end up feeling stuck in a postpartum body rut like before.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I try to be active most days of the week. I have a trainer twice a week, go to orangetheory once a week, and try to get out to skate on the weekends. I was diagnosed with MS 19 years ago, and I feel that making it a point to stay active after my diagnosis has kept me healthy, free of any disabilities, and practically relapse free. I actually started playing roller derby a few years after my diagnosis, and that actually changed my whole outlook on movement and exercise. I HAD to be strong both physically and mentally to endure and I realized how healthy I felt when I was playing derby and doing all of the training that goes with it.&nbsp;<br>I am no longer playing derby, and I am not working out as much as I was then (which in retrospect may have been too much) but I do make sure that I find ways to keep moving as I get older.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I usually cycle through a variety of activities. I have found that doing the same thing all the time results in increased injury and boredom. So, I mix things up. I usually swim 1-2x a week, practice yoga once a week, and do kettlebell training with a coach 1x a week. The other days, I either cycle, run, or walk/hike. With the exception of yoga, all my activities are outdoors in or near nature. I find that being outside is much more enjoyable than being indoors. I also drum for fun, which is another way to move without feeling like a workout.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have a history of being quite active. 8 yrs playing 10-20 hrs/week ultimate frisbee (similar athletically to soccer), some outdoor winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, xc skiing, etc), then later on i did CrossFit for a few years. I have been pretty inactive the past several years - after i had my baby, it has been a sloooow build back up to being active again for a variety of reasons, relearning my new body post-birth being one of them. but a week or so ago i started doing some simple at-home workout videos. no equipment/minimal equipment, small space 20 - 30 min workouts. that has helped boost those endorphines and get me a bit back in the old saddle. ... going thru this material is getting me pumped up to do more. lol</p>]]></description>
