I learn so much each time! Mante provided such a safe space for everyone to share, along with appropriate mechanisms to share as well (i.e.: padlet, or through conversation, etc). 

I did wish it was longer because I felt like we are only just scrapping the surface. 

Perhaps as next steps, we could start up a quarterly book club where we all read a book that focuses on a specific theme, and then we have an open discussion.
