I had to speak to someone and explain why I wanted to join the course and answered questions about me with a confidant manner. I gave in my GCSES when they asked and made conversation to get to know the people that would be teaching me.

Applying for jobs
I applied for my job I currently have and had to go to an interview and answer questions about why I wanted the job and how I would work as well as the type of person I am.

We worked together and shared ideas what we wanted to include into the lesson and everyone had a contribution. When it came to doing the lesson we all knew our roles and people understood clearly what we expected off them. The lesson was an easy circuit and groups would move around to the next task they had to do.

What went well

We managed to create a lesson around the task we were given and got it to work out. We were also organised and knew what we were doing.

What we can improve on

Me and Ellie communicated quite well and got loads of ideas out where as the other to people could of got involved more and done more work.

A poster was made and had a QR code where people can donate money to so there was no excuse not to donate. To have a game it was 50p per team. There would be 6 people to 1 team.

In total we did not raise anything because no one really knew about us, we could have, however, got the teachers to be a team and then have students have a team so then it would be more of competition to see who has a better technique or strength. 

What went well was that we got it up and running and we worked together and communicated as a team to have a game for a charity event. A disadvantage would be that not many people came and participated in the game. 
The advertising could have been better, and it would help attract people and maybe let us know a week or 2 before the event. As it was quite the last minute it meant that people might not have seen the poster and not know what our event was. On the day we could have spread the word more to attract more people.

i enjoy doing this in my spear time as i get out and about and not stuck at home all day.

what I do well is when I'm doing my assignments, I tend to spend 1 hour a day on them meaning I don't get to overwhelmed.

Personally, a thing I would change is the job even though it gives me motivation it doesn't make me happy.
