It's important to recognize that anyone can learn and embody leadership qualities, regardless of their age, circumstances, or obstacles.

True leaders are dedicated to continuous learning. They make an effort to understand themselves, their desires, the reasons behind those desires, and the strategies needed to accomplish their goals. They reflect, ask for support, seek feedback, and are problem solvers.

Our choices are shaped by the influence of admirable figures who may have impacted our lives—even if from a distance. 

Unconscious patterns from our past can greatly impact the decisions we make in the present and shape how we perceive ourselves.

When completing the activities in this chapter, I realized I am fortunate to have been influenced by multiple individuals who have served as inspiring leaders in my life. Primarily, my parents have been tremendous role models for me, instilling in me integrity, kindness, and perseverance. My mentor from my initial days as a teacher profoundly impacted me, providing invaluable guidance and shaping how I approach leadership roles. Additionally, my school administrator has inspired me, showcasing exceptional leadership qualities and serving as a guiding force in my career.
