Problems solving can come in a lot of different forms like solving other’s issues or even your own , however the definition of problems can be different to every individual.

One skill I've always had is the desire to help other people out when needed , even if it’s just sharing my knowledge on that specific topic even if it just showing one of my peers how to use teams to join our lectures and seminars. When problem solving my skill of self-awareness comes into action as well as I have to keep my stress level controlled at all times as I truly believe staying in control of your feelings is the first step of successfully problem solving.
However, there still is the analytical problem solving that I still find myself struggling with in the sense of researching investigating and applying that knowledge to solve. Which I do think will come with time in a corporate environment.

(157 words)

In the time I am sleeping during the day I could have been working on myself and goals , this always makes me very tired and weak during the day restricting what I want to do.
However , this is something I can improve on with my self-awareness skill as well as my time management , by calculating my day correctly therefore I am tired enough to sleep early so I can fit more in a day.
(168 words)

Communication is seen to be to one of the most important life skills. I've always thought communication is a skill that is very difficult to measure and analyse yourself on. However , after many years I have realised my verbal communication skills have improved while working in a corporate environment as I learnt how to communicate formally but also respectfully in the sense of listening and reflecting then communicating in the way you think is correct. Although, my written communication still needs a lot of work , it's a skill I have always struggled with , as I find it difficult to communicate well with words as a big part of me verbally communicating well is by my body language and tone of voice as well as actions , so trying to communicate exactly how I would like to in written form doesn't always come across correctly. This means I struggle with accepting other people's feelings towards how I came across. Most of MY references from my previous jobs would agree with my reflection on communication as I mention below , my verbal communication is my strongest type out of them all.
(191 words)

Using a corporate environment as an example , my mood can affect how I came across to the customer and how I deliver my service , which can result to a poor performance on my behalf as well as risking my job.
Due to my own self-discipline , I am conscious of my feelings and actions which is the first step of improving yourself or a skill ; being able to give yourself critical feedback is very important when it comes to improving or working on a personal skill , this will be able to assist me on reaching my end of goal.
(171 words)

In the tourism industry there is a lot of skills that are required are : communication , self-awareness , team work and problem solving.
Using my verbal communication skills I will be able to communicate well with the customers and delivering a good customer service , this will also include problem solving and my desire to help others. this will be an advantage to myself in the industry as I would be able to the customers satisfied and create my own professional character to the senior staff in the company. Being able to work as a team successfully is a big part of the tourism especially the airline industry as they are in charge of all their customers safety and need to do so as a team effectively. Self-awareness also works well in this industry as you need to be aware of how you are delivering your service , therefore I will need to improve my self-awareness skill so I can work successfully in my next job in the industry. I will be doing this by trying my hardest not to bring my feelings and moods into my professional environment.
(190 words)

For my professional development I think I need more hard skills instead of the skills I have , the hard skills being essay writing and research/investigation. As I feel like in a corporate environment I need professional skills as well as soft skills you use everyday. These hard skills would help me stand out compared to the other candidates that may possibly lack in them. Hard skills would help me build a professional portfolio to the senior staff hiring me or working with me as it will show I am well rounded candidate. One of the main reasons for customer loyalty is their experience with the worker and company if I am able to show i can bring customer loyalty to the company by how I sell the service, I would show that I can be considered as a strong worker.
(141 words)
