Our challenge was to build a bridge that would have enough support to hold pennies. Also for "boats to go through it." It had to have enough pennies to hold a stack of pennies and pennies spread out.

We decided to put 4 supports at the bottom 2 on the sides and 2 in the middle. So when we stacked the pennies it would have support at the bottom so it wouldn't bend or break. We made a beam bridge because it was easier to make.

Some of our difficulties was we needed more tape so we had to just use what we had. Also needed to have the right measures for the boats to go through the bridge.
Our constrain was we could only use 4 pieces of paper and 2 feet of masking tape. We couldn't tape down the bridge.
Criteria:The bridge should have a length of 12 inches, and a width of 3 inches. Also it must support the weight of the pennies.
