So when we stacked the pennies it would have support at the bottom so it wouldn't bend or break. Also needed to have the right measures for the boats to go through the bridge. 
Our constrain was we could only use 4 pieces of paper and 2 feet of masking tape. We couldn't tape down the bridge.
Criteria:The bridge should have a length of 12 inches, and a width of 3 inches.
