Is she going to become a couple with atlas and not be afraid of how Ryle would react to her and atlas becoming a couple get in the way of her falling in love with atlas again.
What did you learn about the story?
I learned from the story that Lily is now starting to protect herself and her daughter she isn't letting Ryle (her abusive ex husband) control her life anymore which makes my heart so happy. I also learned she is still a little afraid of Ryle and that's leading up to her making decisions based off how he would react, which isn't really good!
Did you enjoy your first interaction with this book?
I loved "It Ends With Us" that book got me into reading and changed my whole perspective on books. So I'm really excited to read "It Starts With Us" because so far Lily is getting pretty close to Atlas and I hate Ryle so I'm happy about that.
What is really interesting to me is the fact that the second book is still very catchy just as much as the first one was.
How many pages did you read? What is your daily reading goal on days when you have 10 minutes to read?
I read 11 pages today (1 chapter) but I did have 25 extra minutes for today. My daily goal on days when I have only 10 minutes to read is to read at least 5 pages.

  • What has been happening in your book since your last post?                                                                                                   Will a lot. Atlas and Lily started talking every night and by that I mean FaceTiming. They went on a date and atlas got to read lily’s journal she wrote about atlas and her relationship back when they were teenagers and in love and after atlas read lily’s he wrote a letter to Lily that’s was unbelievably heartbreaking and strong which was about how Lily was the one person who made him feel loved. So there relationship is getting pretty serious even though Lily didn’t want it to become serious at the beginning of the book.
  • Has your experience with this book gotten better or worse since your last post? Why?                                  Better I really wanted Lily and atlas to get together and they are. They are stronger that ever and actually becoming pretty serious and I adore them. It’s going exactly how I wanted to.
  • What have you noticed about yourself as a reader? Name 2 qualities or patterns that you have noticed about yourself while reading.                                                            I have noticed that when I read time goes by faster. Something else I have noticed is that I like reading even more when I listen to calm reading songs because it makes it feel like real.
  • Set a goal for when you would like to finish this book. I would like to finish this book by October 11 and I think that’s a hundred percent possible

  • What has been happening in your book lately?

    a lot has been happening in my book. Atlas has a brother he didn’t know about at all. His brothers name is josh and he is 12 and he is a very funny kid and very light. Him and atlas look very alike too. Ryle and Lily also got in a fight over atlas it’s very immature.

    • Explain any conflicts or possible issues

      a conflict is Ryle got mad because Lily name there daughters middle name after her teen year with atlas and he got mad about that because he thought it was after atlas but it was just because the name “Nemo” means a lot to Lily and Ryle didn’t understand that. Atlas found his brother josh and even thought there mother told atlas when he finds her to let her know ASAP he brought him him to his own house and I personally don’t blame him because there mother isn’t a mother

  • What is the main character like?

    Lily is more brave and strong she is maturing and growing to be her own person and not let her ex abusive husband control her life. She is starting to be more comfortable being around atlas with other people. And is now considering to tell about there relationship to Ryle when at the beginning it wasn’t an option for her at all

    • Explain 2 traits they show

      1. brave because she stood up to her ex abusive husband when he accused her of naming there child’s middle name after atlas

      2. loving she is in her lover era. She is in love with the man she has been in love with almost her entire life and it’s so cute adorable

  • How are you progressing in this book? Now that it has been almost two months. Are you moving along? Or do you need to make a new plan?

    I’m moving a long pretty good I think I’m just a slow reader but I’m doing pretty good as of now

  • When can you finish this book?

    I’m planing to read after school and at home so I think by this week I will be done because now my book has also become very interesting and I just wanna read more
