First beginnings in the infrastructure for the wastewater treatment service of the community.

The offer for the treatment of residual water of the community is very low, because they only see the construction of a single module.
There is no treatment for municipal wastewater.
Lack of rural basic sanitation programs.
There is no technical treatment for the final disposal of solid waste.
Opportunities
There are national and international entities that co-finance construction projects of the wastewater treatment plant.
Within the national and departmental policies, there are programs that allow or help the purchase of land and reforestation projects and conservation of strategic zones.
There are appropriate technologies in the country for the purification of wastewater.
The municipality has the necessary machinery for the adaptation of the land to develop the possible projects.
Strengths
The will of the community of the different villages is to collaborate in the development of projects to improve the standard of living.
The state in which the contiguous areas are located allows their recovery does not affect the agricultural production of the region.
The inhabitants of the municipality of Samaca are workers and can contribute the workforce for the development of these projects.
There are numerous procedures for the treatment of solid waste within the reach of the municipal budget.
Threats
The neglect of the municipality with not having a wastewater treatment plant.

Where the fulfillment of the legal requirements according to the ISO 14001: 2015 norm and the implementation of the Environmental Management System of the same was verified.
The company UNION TEMPORAL PTAR SAMACA is located in the town of Samaca, in the department of BOYACA.
Improve water quality by reducing pollution, eliminating dumping and minimizing the release of chemicals and hazardous materials, halving the proportion of untreated wastewater, protecting and restoring water-related ecosystems, including mountains, forests, wetlands, rivers, aquifers and lakes.

The audit plan to be developed within a company or industry includes a scope, objectives, respective regulations to be evaluated, a schedule of activities, the checklist and is represented with an audit team where roles and responsibilities are established within the processes to be audited, in this way once the audit plan is applied all the findings found must be recorded through a final report, which allows to establish, in a short-term timeline, the improvements, the shortcomings and the alternatives to be implemented in order to obtain better results.
