A:  School and District Managers can assign grade-wide access to teachers. In the Knowledge Base.  Use search terms "grade wide access." The first report will provide instructions, which can also be accessed through this link: https://fastforteachers.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000526897-can-a-teacher-have-access-to-all-of-the-classes-in-a-grade-
In short, once logged in at the Manager user level:
1) Click on Manage Staff
2) Click on Classroom User
3) On the list of staff with that level of access,  chose the staff person/people who you want to give grade-wide access to.
4) Click on the "Grade-Wide Access" box.

A: Yes. These are found on the Screening-to-Intervention report (S2I).  In the S2I report, you will be a box that says "Lexile." If you click on that box, a drop menu will appear with multiple options including DRA, Reading Recovery, Fountas & Phinnell, etc.. More information can be found in the Knowledge Base in this article:
