One for Personal tasks (cell phone) and one on my PC for all coursework/time-sensitive materials. I break things down in a format that's like "Do Now, Do Next, Do Later" based on immediacy. 

Do Now = most important/immediate
Do Next = Coming right after "now"
Do Later = Around the corner (Assignments due in a few days/weeks depending on time)
