After learning about the definition and uses of Examen, I have realized that it is a far more effective and soulful technique rather than just praying. It helps us dig deeper in our emotions and feelings.

I perceive these as a form of retreat, wherein I can space out and think properly in tranquility.

I have realized that often times the importance of an action does not depend upon what we get from helping others but it depends on how much do we do for others.
