It is such a colorful, beautiful gift! My son and I do everything on this blanket- tummy time, reading books, snuggling, playing with toys. 
We spend a lot of time outside as well. Last week we went to Patapsco State Park. Rip was starting to reach out to the bark and playing with twigs. It was amazing to see him explore those textures and appreciate nature! 

I created this with watercolor pencils, water based markers and ink. I also cut out a picture of my son and pasted it down. I am currently working on drawing his portrait. 

Also! "Ripley" means "a clearing in a forest" :)
