Communities support global education by engaging with local universities, providing cultural resources, and creating opportunities for community-based learning. We always hear that becoming teacher in these days is very much different and challenges as compared to the old days. Undeniably, challenges in teaching in the 21st century is so huge including adapting to rapidly evolving technology, addressing diverse learning styles, managing large class sizes and navigating the demands of online and hybrid learning. Additionally, teachers face the challenge of fostering critical thinking and preparing students for a globally competitive and ever-changing workforce as well as adapting the new lifestyle new way of thinking of Gen-Z. This part will discuss on the ethics and professionalism in the profession of a teacher. 🙎‍♂️🙎‍♀️

As a marketing lecturer, this course has deepened my understanding of how effective pedagogy works especially in the context of marketing education. I've gained insights into learner-centered approaches, the integration of technology, and diverse assessment strategies. To enhance my teaching, I see a need to further explore case-based learning and real-world applications in marketing courses. Improving student engagement through interactive platforms (for example curipod that I have learnt from CLM5044) and incorporating industry collaborations could enrich the learning experience. Additionally, exploring more inclusive teaching practices to address diverse learning styles and backgrounds is crucial. Continuous improvement in adapting to evolving industry trends, such as digital marketing, is essential for providing students with relevant and up-to-date knowledge. Overall, this course has inspired a commitment to ongoing professional development to create an innovative and inclusive learning environment for marketing students. ✅✅

As a marketing lecturer who teach Online Business course, an elective course which the enrolment students is from various faculties, definitely the will be a huge challenge. Therefore, I need to make a wise strategy to ensure all of my students can impart the knowledge as it supposed to be. What I did was through a story telling method, sharing experience, asking prior knowledge also ensure the well-balance between theory and practical since it is an online business course that required students to be able to practice and demonstrate online selling through various online platform. Besides that, an interactive method of learning like using curipod, padlet, wix, goolgle meet etc also implemented during their learning activities. Among the most excited learning activities that we did in this semester were including Live TV show, Live TikTok, Online Business Pitching Competition and 4 weeks of Online Business Challenge whereby each group required to do real online selling and group with the best Marketing Strategy and Online Sales are awarded Prizes and Trophies.
