i really enjoyed our volume unit. i found it quite easy and did it really quickly. I had to look at the diagram really carefully and make sure i get every angle. i had to use many different methods like multiplication and division. overall i think i am really confident in volume and i still know how to do it.

When i 1 simplifying fractions, i used many methods and had to think in different ways and find strategies. i feel like i'm improving on finding the biggest and smallest fractions while also simplifying fractions. next time i can improve on taking more time and being more careful so i dont make mistakes.

Subtracting and adding mixed numbers is cool. We used these circle thingies to model the subtracting and adding. i had to use the fractions and split them to get the answer. i found fun i guess and not so boring. next time maybe i could go a bit quicker and find it out quicker because i spent quite a-lot of time on this.

In problem solving Friday, we solve problems. we do stuff like hardcore sudoku, hard puzzles, and these huge word problems which are quite hard but also really fun. i think maybe i can improve on really focusing and trying to work it out because usually i need some help because i don't understand the question.
