Even though the mass of a tree gradually increases, the total mass of the tree plus the mass of the trees surroundings will always remain at a constant mass.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>What is Photosynthesis?<br></em>Photosynthesis is a process in which green plants and algae use radiant energy from the sun to synthesize glucose from carbon dioxide and water. It uses the suns energy to reduce the Carbon Dioxide into  compounds that have C—H bonds.</div><div>———————————————<br><em>What is the equation for Photosynthesis?</em></div><div>6CO<sub>2 </sub>  +   6H<sub>2</sub>O   +   Energy   ———&gt;   C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>12</sub>O<sub>6</sub>   +   6O<sub>2<br>Carbon          Water              from                           Glucose           Oxygen<br></sub><sup>Dioxide                                Sunlight</sup></div><div>———————————————<br><em>What are the steps of photosynthesis?</em><br>1. CO2 and H2O enter the leaf.<br>2. Light hits the pigmentations in the membrane of a thylakoid, which causes the H2O to split into O2.<br>3. The electrons shift down into the enzymes.<br>4. Sunlight hits the second pigmentation molecule enabling the enzymes to transform the ADP into ATP and the NADP+ into NADPH.<br>5. The Calvin Cycle takes the ATP and NADPH to use as the power source for converting Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere into Glucose(Sugar).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>What are the different products and Reactants in Photosynthesis?</em><br>Some examples of reactants in photosynthesis are water, carbon dioxide, light energy, and chlorophyll. Some examples of products in photosynthesis are simple sugars such as glucose, as well as oxygen and water.</div><div>———————————————<br><em>Where do the products come from?<br></em>The Glucose comes from the solar and chemical energy surrounding the plant. The Oxygen comes from the air. And the Water is absorbed from the carbon dioxide molecules in the air. </div><div>———————————————<br><em>Where do the Reactants come from?<br></em>The water comes from the sky and the soil. The carbon dioxide is absorbed through the leaves of the plant. And the Chlorophyll arises from the leaves green pigmentation and absorbs the sun light for energy. <br>———————————————<br><em>Where do the Products go?<br></em>After the products are used they are dispensed into the atmosphere.<br>———————————————<br><em>Where do the Reactants go?<br></em>The Reactants are taken and used to help the plant produce more products.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For a seed going through photosynthesis it is in need of water which would come from the sky and soil, carbon dioxide absorbed through the leaves, energy from light, and chlorophyll. Products of photosynthesis are simple sugars glucose coming from the energy surrounding the plant and oxygen from the air and the water is absorbed from the carbon dioxide in the air. As stated in the law of conservation of Mass it can neither be created nor destroyed; the trees mass increases by rearranging atoms it already possesses and as it grows the atoms come from its surrounding resources.</div>]]></description>
