         <description><![CDATA[<p>Militarism: The Germans declaring war, and being able to because of their excess of troops and people due to militarism.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Alliances: The whole reason the war started. It wouldn't have started if alliances were not so tight-knit and based on fighting not keeping peace.</p><p><br></p><p>Imperialism. Austria didn't need to declare war, they just did because they wanted territory; they wanted to be the best.</p><p><br></p><p>Nationalism: all the countries involved in the war were very full of themselves.</p>]]></description>
