you can know if your eating healthy by seeing how much fast food your eating and how much fruits and vegetables you are eating. Most teenagers and kids our age eat to much fast food and not enough fruits and vegetables. you can't rlly know exactly how much food you need to eat, but you can somewhat tell, if your eating healthy, eat till your full, if your not and eating fast food, then maybe you should only have  a little bit.

If the food you are eating and it's healthy you probably will see some vitamins, some iron, some minerals and sugar will probably be low but not too much sugar is okay but if it's bad you will probably see, very high of sugar or a medium amount of sugar they might have

to know if the food you are eating is healthy you can just check the labels and also fruit and vegetables are healthy everybody knows that, to know if you're  eating the right amounts or not if you feel energetic and full of energy and you're stomach feels full then that means that you're eating the right amount and if you're stomach feels empty and it is rumbling and you feel lazy and tired then that means that you're not eating enough and you should eat more, so that is how i know if it is unhealthy or if you're eating the right amount.
