    Tony Fernandes is very down to earth to all his leader. He is taking a good care of his employees' walfare. This had gain respect from his employees and being the main reason toward the high determination in work of his employees in all types positions.
    Example of action he has done :
    Tony Fernandes once visited his employees workplace to know their work progress. To be accurate, the workplace is not somewhere in office that full with all comfortable air-conditioner but somewhere underground at position worker. This had gained various positive reaction from his worker. 

    3. Democracy leadership style
    Tony Fernandes choose a concept like democracy because he thought that as a leader need accept his employees' opinion to make a perfect solution and decision. Not only that, he always making discussion with his crew in improving their business plan.

    I believe Tony Fernandes is a brilliant leader. His way of leading people is definitely different from other leaders. Unlike most bosses who will only give out work to other people, Fernandes will go out every month and make sure he experiences how the workers do their work. Tony Fernandes was a leader, and yet he is also counted as the team itself. For a leader, it is quite hard for them to connect with their staff on a personal level. The way he deals with different situations and problems in his company is really good. If he thinks there is any wrong with the staff, he would go and ask them directly. The best moment of him is when he was a leader  that creates the TV show  called‘The Apprentice’. ‘The Apprentice’ is a show where a group of businessmen and women compete to work with Tony Fernandes himself. He listened to their opinions and reasons, and pushed the candidates to work their best.
    Example of action he has done :
    Tony Fernandes said that employees come first, but customers come second.
