it’s really true that our postures are originally from animals. When animals are going to attack, they are stretching them much bigger, and spreading wider. Same issue with people (but opposite), when insecure and fearful person is turn inward and closed.

According to the video, it’s interesting that when you pretend to be powerful, you actually are feeling powerful. It’s really something I should try next time, when I’m in insecure situation. I don’t know does It work, but its definitely worth for trying!

I think that the best and touching part was in the end, when the person told about her injury. Feeling totally powerless, when the best part of her was taken (intelligence). But in the end, she was a really survivor!

On 1 march I ordered a silver diamond ring from your webstore in USA. The ring was for my dearest friend and it came early and surprised totally her on her birthday. 

But, my friend has a nickel allergy, and your products were advertised as an allergy tested. Although my friend got massive rash on her finger and it spread all over her right hand. She is working in customer service and she had to take sick leave, because of that horrible rash. She spend hundreds of dollars on doctors and creams. The doctor was sure that there was definitely nickel in that diamond ring.

I hope that I can have part of my money back, because my friend did use lot of money to take care of his hands.

Secondly I chose Mark Zuckerberg, because I thought that these two people would differ from each other much. Zuckerberg’s rules to success are: You get what you spend your time doing, get feedback, make mistakes, only hire people who you would work for, make change in the world, learn from people, build a good team, give best experience, care and social bonds are critical.

To my surprise, I found similarities between these two. Disney really was warm and caring leader, but I got feeling that Zuckerberg is also. Mark tells on video that he has always particular time every week that whoever of his employees can come to talk with him, ask some questions etc. He really highlights how important feedback is. Disney also says that helping your community is in key position in successful company. Zuckerberg says that making mistakes is even desirable, because you can learn so much of those mistakes. Also Disney exhorts to experiment something new. They arranged kittens to their studio.  Animation artists watched kittens play all day and then started to sketch. And that’s how very successful film “Aristocats” was born.

When I was younger, I was really absolute in all conversations and views.  I have learned to be a good negotiator, thanks to my children. With children you have to negotiate every day. “If you do that, you won’t be able to do this. “Negotiation is important in career and private life, because you can achieve a lot with good negotiation skills. If you are relentless in work life, its almost impossible to cooperate with colleagues and boss.

Previous summer I was working as an import assistant in UPM. The job was quite demanding and I had a big responsibility. Orientation lasted almost 2 months and I think that I learned a lot during that summer. Last summer they asked me to work there for summer again. I said to my boss (before signing the contract) that I have so much more knowledge compared to last summer, that I think I should have a pay raise. Surprisingly my boss said that its true, what kind of amount you were thinking? I was very surprised and I wasn’t prepared for it advance. On the video, Margaret says that preparation is really important before negotiation. You have to think beforehand amount that you wish for, and amount that you are satisfied. Employers also may give you a counter-offer, so you need to have something in your mind to answer. I got the job, plus pay increase !

Social media is good channel for companies to advertice their services and products. If there is a good and talented person in company who writes interesting updates (for example) in Facebook, the company could have several new followers.

Some people think that it’s kind of creepy when internet have information about you and your interests. Sceptics think that people are going to be more aware of what they share in internet and who are their friends in online.
