         <description><![CDATA[<div>During this activity, I didn't just learn about different ways to take of myself but became more aware of my health action, whether physically or mentally. By recognizing these bad habits I can correct them and help myself be more successful in the future. It will be hard because my mental health fluctuates, which is my main concern.&nbsp;What I am least worried about is the environment, I am in the safest place possible to succeed. For now, my wellness has stayed the same not too bad and not too good, my wellness is mutual. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The link to " Sleep Foundation" does not work on macs. Naturally, macs do not have Microsoft which does not come on a mac book.&nbsp;<br>I feel like a separate reflection is not needed. I wrote a small reflection in the&nbsp;<br>pallet and I feel like every question you ask to be in the reflection can just stay in the pallet. A separate one on a google Docs or word doc is excessive. </div>]]></description>
