Apperance: Slightly burned, too black. Doesn't look aesthetically nice.

Taste: Vanilla and cocoa are the only 2 boosting flavour well. Doesn't have any very nice or very well mixed and coordinated flavours.

Texture: Soft and fluffy.

Aroma: Vanilla, again just like taste, nothing too special.

Strength: Basic

Improvement: Not advanced or aesthetically nice.

appearance: One cracked and the other one is round and smooth with chocolate texture

Taste:Fluffy and soft with a bit coco flavour from the chocolate

Aroma- sweet vanilla

Strength - the cupcake didn't crake

Area to improve- the texture of the chocolate needs to be tider and nice

Flavour: The steamed cakes tastes sweet not only because I added sugar but added eggs.

It tastes more bitter than sweet as you can see, I added a bit too much chocolate and stir it a bit too much on the top.

Appearance: All brown on the top and a bit cracked, which is hard to see.

Strength: The taste of the overlapping flavour.

An improvement I could make is to make a design instead of coating the top entirely with chocolate.
