The one that stands out the most to me is #1. I validate the feelings of staff. There is only 3 of us and I have gotten to know them well. I can tell through their actions, tone in voice, body language etc. when something is bothering them. I try to give a little space at first to see if they come to talk to me but if the kids are feeling their emotions (kids do) then I have a talk with them because I can’t let the classroom be affected. They are great at opening up to me and we problem solve together to the best of our ability. I’m willing to help any way I can !

We could do lunch, dinner, bowling anything but also get to know each other outside of work and unwind. We need that.
