Listen the news from BBC News Chanel and CNN International. It could be difficult at the beginning because the broadcasters speaks fast and very fluently. But, it will help you a lot to notice the pronunciation in English speech. Also, you can listen music and analize the lyrics.

Writing and reading
You can read novels or books in English, I recommend the Penguin readers publishing house, which has readings by levels.
