2) Take a picture, crop it to how you want it on 1:1 square, than drag it over to the blank document you have open, make sure you have the guides on each tessellation, than flip horizontal/vertical until it's a geometrical shape.
3) I liked the 4x4 because I had the best pictures for that and they look the coolest.
4) I never really struggled, but it was very time consuming for the 8x8.
