         <title>USS Chesapeake Incident</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A British warship"Leopard" stopped a US ship. They wanted to search the ship but the captain refused too. Then they killed 21 US sailors and started another case of war fever. This started to form an unhappy enviroment for the Americans.</p>]]></description>
