I knew that sexual assault happens  frequently in society, but not so much in the military due to us rarely hearing or reading about these cases in the news. This because many victims are being silenced and punished for speaking up. Watching the documentary made me relize how much work still has to be done, becuase there are comunities, like transgender and gender fluid, within  LGBTQ+ don't have as much protecting them or even the knowledge spread to understand. I have been taught about global warming and climate change, but not to an extent that small processes for human needs influence how our world is going to be in the future. I preferred to live in ignorance, knowing that if I watched this documentary, I would become extremely aware of my brain's health, and the lasting effects of playing the sport that I loved. I've become much more aware of the risk I'm taking to participate in soccer, and I've become more careful in the ways I deal with heading the ball, and keeping my balance.
