Today is my first day doing my practical at Mcd Seksyen 18, Shah Alam. One day before , I’ve met one of the manager, Mrs Noni to double confirm the time. 15 minutes before 9am, I’ve arrived. I met Mr Asrul, the one who in charge for internship student. He explained the procedure and all the do’s and don’t as well. He shows me the store, the chiller, the lobby placed at. It tooks around 45 minutes to explain and show. 
    Next, he passes me to the crew at the front counter to teach me on how to make a drink. Franky Frier station.
I’ve been assist by the crew trainer, kak shikin on how to fry the fries. Since I’ve never experienced work in food and beverage, I was quite amazed that they have chiller that can place 3 to 4 bag of fries and we just put the basket down and it will automatically full with the fries. For a basket of fries , it takes 3 minutes to cook. As I arrived, I straighly go to drink drawer station to make the water as request. Everything that the customer order will be show on the screen so, we just need to be alert. I practice do the order alone. If I’m not sure then I’ll ask the crew in the kitchen. There are 2 burgers that I always confused to make, smoky grill beef and hot and crispy. Sometimes, I can ask them too many times which sauce should be used but Alhamdulillah they are really helpful and keep saying it’s okay, you can still learning. That makes me feel more motivated to learn. On Sunday, they lack the crew in the kitchen and I was placed at the kitchen. Today is still learn in the kitchen. I started my work at 3pm. At the schedule, I need to be at front counter but since we don’t have so many customer, I stay at the kitchen until 8pm before continue my work at the front counter. In my opinion, working in f&b industry need to do everything fast. You must be energetic and alert. That’s what I have observed them during working.   Again, I'm having stomach ache and this time I went to klinik kesihatan. After that the doctor ask me to do blood test and urine test. - during the class, all the crew have been exposed on how to handle the food, what we need to do before and after. - day by day, I know how to control the emotion and situation every time  I'm facing the 'weird' customer. 
 For example, the customer want small porridge but we only have medium one. He started raising his voice and asking to change the bowl. Fyi, we only have 2 crew at the kitchen on that day.
