The design of the company can be analyzed by use of the McKinsey 7s model. The model is a tool that is used to analyze the organizational design of the firm by having a look at the key internal elements. The key elements in the model are strategy, structure, shared values, systems, skills, systems, and skills. The model has been seen to be widely used since it is known to be one of the well-known strategic planning tools. It is seen to human resources and not the traditional mass production tangibles 

H&M just like any other business has experienced the pressures of globalization and quick changes in the global market. The company has used their flexibility, a central part of their business model to adapt to these pressures better and quicker than their competition. For example H&M has outsourced their production and manufacturing to outside suppliers all across the world that are able to lower costs and improve the company’s profitability while also creating quality fashion products. If the company continues to adapt to the global market like they have they will continue to be profitable and successful across the board.

The company is able to quickly adapt to changes and beat out their competitors because of the speed at which they are able to become part of trends in the global market.
