My first week of school felt a little chaotic because there were a lot of changes compared to last year. I was glad that I still get to work as Mrs. Laux’s co-teacher since last year I felt a lot better being part of her team. This year, I am also working with Mrs. Kalupa and sharing my classroom with Mrs. Chavez. Last year I had the classroom all to myself, so it feels different, but since Mrs. Chavez and I became friends last year, I don’t mind sharing. I know she feels more comfortable in here than in her old room. It will just take some getting used to.

What will you be focusing on this week?
This week, I am going to focus on grading and getting to know Mrs. Kalupa better. I don’t know her too well yet, but she seems very nice and easygoing. Our teaching styles and the material we have seem to match up well, so I think this is going to be a good year, probably way better than last year!

I am trying to focus on doing my homework because I don't want to do it. I am also trying to focus on keeping my grade up and not get distracted because I get distracted easily.

I am trying to focus on getting good grades. Then, I am focusing on finishing my homework. Lastly, I am focusing on getting my work on time and making friends.
