I learned that in a six month cycle. The coaches are to have 20 to
30 contact hours. However, only two are "required" (for example the clients that do not "need" coaching and they themselves are in charged for taking care of their paperwork and other requirements - usually clients that have been in PA for a while). Our coaching and theirs is significantly different and we stress learning/teaching strategies. They seem to "model" more.  So I look forward to us getting together again so we can share some of what we do
and also they can as well.

I can see the layers of work out there and appreciate knowing about some of the initiatives I was not already aware of. I truly liked hearing about the reflective practice that the TS coaches are afforded.

I can see that we do similar work, but also very different. They focus a lot on Parent Aware rating and some do CLASS coaching. They have many providers they work with, 10 to max of 40 providers with about 30 contact hours per provider. One of the coaches stated that she wish they could build deeper relationships with their providers.
