Social media is used by the majority of people today. Most people use social meddia to satisfy themselves emotionally. So most of the activities that used to be done for personal tastes are now done to look like an elite person 'in the eyes of others'.
On social media, people try to look like the people they want to be not the people who are currently. This situation already reveals the falsity of social media.

People are now completely distracted from their own selves and live for the perception of others. They're always thinking that's what I want, but they don't even know what they really want. They live their own lives for others to watch, and I have to enjoy life from now on, they are constantly raising themselves. But one of the things they forget is that life doesn't consist of happiness, and happiness actually makes up a small part of it.
If you look at your own life, they are never always made up of black or white and they are usually gray. So my advice to you is don't look at the distorted lives on social media and don't go after ridiculous concepts like 'constant happiness'.
