They are to complex, not userfriendly (below the reasonable acceptable level). We have to hire extra staff only to run these tools. And they do not work. 

IT tools are not working correctly, the whole system should not be so complicated that even the NA staff can not cope with it. Many NA staff leave because of the burnout caused by the too complicated and not working systems, many applications are never submitted or finalised due to the same reasons. We need a functioning system up and running in 2022, the NA's need to be involved in further development of programmes and instruments.

The GDPR rules have made the ticket system very inefficient since the information exchange is no longer transparent and helpful. Too many different communication channels for different questions or work tasks is confusing, some of the channels are merely discussion (Q&A) communication channels and the others are "official" (NAConnect, MSTeams, Ticket system, emails).The NA's need clear communication channels that the COM follows  efficiently and officiall. 

Response time of the EC - getting answers 2 months after we send them is pointless

How to establish prompt communication with the EC? How to ensure that we have the right information to make informed decisions in our work? Is it possible to build knowledge hub where all information/materials can be placed in one hub (drive) in order to have the right and updated document and tables to be able to procced with our work?

The E+ Youth and ESC programme implementation results and impact is never discussed in dialogical manner between the NA's and COM. There needs to be content discussions about what difference are we making with implementation of the programmes at national and European level, in the Youth field and somebody needs to lead this process and normally this should be the COM.

need for KA1 research of the concept of virtual mobility  how this format can be structured in order to work in virtual way since now there's no virtual mobility since concept of mobility was not designed on a principle of virtual so we need to setup a model that can support project that are focused on digital.
