Professional development and transformative leadership from the role of teacher with a global approach

linked culturally, socially, economically and scientifically" in order to achieve and adapt similar educational models for social equality.

According to Dr. René, (Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, 2024) exposes the challenges for teacher leaders such as productivity, competitiveness and efficiency that countries have become accustomed to. The transformation for countries to get out of this underdevelopment as proposed by the doctor is through the channels of education that as today have been evolving the modalities, in this case the virtual modality. The teacher leader

must transcend the traditionalist behaviorist teacher educating with emotional intelligence, in which the active learning spaces of construction by the teacher and the student are considered, facilitating comprehensive training, educating with values, maintaining assertive communication in the classroom and that as teacher leaders in training we must adapt this leadership, be experts in the area, mastery of the language, mastery of pedagogical theories, adaptable

to changes, mastery of digital tools, teamwork. It can be considered that the problems that arise in education, which is when students do not reach certain educational levels, that teachers can be those motivating guides that encourage students, this is encouraged in leaders who stay up to date in curricular designs, create educational projects that develop and promote autonomous education in students, be teachers who are committed to education, be changing, educating with values, promoting national culture and identity (Dr. René).

Providing an education that is promoting an inclusive culture, an education that motivates students to achieve their goals, to fight for their goals and not give up in the process, is a task that as teacher leaders can change paradigms and educate with motivation in future generations, leaders of change.

Students to the grade 4° will be able to use verbs in the present simple correctly, writing their communication with a friend.

They understand and use vocabulary and grammar correctly, strengthening their reading and writing skills through the Grammarly AI tool, which provides support in the process.

Activity structure:

Introduction: The topic to be done is to write a letter an Email in Google Docs to a friend in a simple present allowing him to develop writing, reading, vocabulary, and grammar skills.

Instructions:

·       The first step to do is create a account the student and program the app for the school.

·       Then, you have to select the option that you are as a “high school student”

·       The next step is to select the de type of text you must write, and you have to select the option “papers”

·       Then, select the apps where you want Grammarly to apply the correction, grammar, and vocabulary.

·       The app offers the options to use, as a free or pro, in this case free option is enough.

·       Grammarly works in Chrome and Windows, so you can download the application, and the app accesses the apps you allowed it to access to use it as a tool.

·       The last step is to write a letter to your friend in any application such as Word, WhatsApp, Google Docs, email, or Outlook. Write an email in Google Docs.

·       In Google Docs write the email address and the subject and then you start writing your letter. In the letter, you can write what you do during the day, what you like to do in your free time, what is your favorite sports and what do you want to know about your friend. The idea is that you write this letter in English using verbs in the present simple. Finally, you can say goodbye to your friend cordially.

Practice: As extra activities to practice with the application, students must design a presentation in Canva or some other tool explaining their daily routines, from when they get up until they go to bed, and do the exercise in the simple present.

Feedback: Students receive feedback through Google Docs, which all students have access to write their emails, where they can also provide feedback on their writing to other students online. Through this medium (Google Docs), the teacher provides feedback to students. This tool has access to Grammarly, so its use will be reflected.
