General Assembly will decide how much money should be spent and how state expenses should be paid for. Have the power to oversee laws and decide if they are working- Legislative Oversight . Impeach government officials. Members are elected by primaries, divided equally among population. Senator must live in state for 2 years, in the district for 1.</div>]]></description>
